Artlights

'Artlights' was conceived by artist David Ward as part of 'Cromer Prospect'. Norfolk based artists were invited to apply for the opportunity to create a series of temporary installations using light in the seaside town of Cromer.

Working with Commissions East and Norwich Arts Centre, the artists learnt about the commissioning process and had the opportunity to use new technology in the creation and presentation of their work. 'Artlights' gave their work local media coverage and was documented for their portfolios by a professional photographer.

'Artlights' was commissioned by North Norfolk District Council and developed by Commissions East with funding from Arts Council England, East.
